1. Accuracy and validity of information

Divivio owns the intellectual property rights and holds the rights of use on all elements available on the website, including texts, images, graphics, logos, videos, architecture, icons, and sounds.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, whatever the means or process used, is prohibited, except prior written authorization from Divivio.

Any unauthorized use of the site or of any of the elements it contains shall be considered as constituting an infringement and pursued in accordance with the provisions of articles L.335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.

3. Third party websites

Divivio cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage to the user's material when accessing the website https://divivio.com.
Divivio disclaims any liability for the use that may be made of the information and contents present on https://divivio.com.
Divivio is committed to securing the website https://divivio.com to the best of its ability, however its responsibility cannot be called into question if unwanted data is imported and installed on its website without its knowledge.

5. Processing of personal information

The Client is informed of the laws and regulations applicable to marketing communications, in particular the law of 21 June 2014 for confidence in the Digital Economy, the Data Protection Act of 6 August 2004 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR : No. 2016-679).

Divivio is committed to complying with the applicable legal provisions relating to the processing of the data it collects. As the controller, Divivio takes measures to ensure that the personal data processed is accurate and relevant in relation to the purposes for which it is processed. It is the Client's responsibility to define the purposes of its data processing, to provide its prospects and clients with complete information about the processing of their personal data and to maintain a register of processing in accordance with reality.

We can get information about you from sources other than those we exploit. This can include business partners, subcontractors for technical services, advertising networks, data and analysis providers, universities, newspaper owners, companies and similar organizations, research information providers and people who contact us through them.
Divivio does not sell your personal information, which is therefore only used when necessary or for statistical and analytical purposes.

Divivio undertakes not to process, host or transfer the information collected on its customers to a country outside the European Union or considered as "inadequate" by the European Commission without first ensuring that the customer has been informed. In addition, Divivio is authorized to choose the technical and commercial subcontractors it wishes, on the sole condition that they present sufficient guarantees in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: No. 2016-679).

Divivio is committed to taking all reasonable and adequate measures to ensure the security of the Information, including to ensure that it is not disclosed to unauthorized individuals. Additional security measures, such as security checks and identity verification procedures, may be implemented to ensure that only authorized individuals have access to this information. Divivio may also implement advanced security tools and technologies to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information, and to ensure that this information is not disclosed to unauthorized persons.

Despite the fact that Divivio does not collect any sensitive information, if ever an incident affecting the security or confidentiality of the Client's data were to occur, it should, within the shortest possible time, inform the Client and inform them of the corrective measures taken. In addition, to achieve the purposes of this policy, User Personal Data may be processed by affiliates and subcontractors of Divivio, only for the purpose of executing this policy. These affiliates and subcontractors must ensure that their activities in this regard are in compliance with the applicable legal and regulatory requirements and that the data is protected according to the highest standards of security and confidentiality.

7. Limitation of liability

Any dispute in relation to the use of the website https://divivio.com is subject to Swiss law. Unless the law provides otherwise, exclusive jurisdiction is given to the competent courts of Lausanne.
